Invalid media??

For some reason when i try to download the video it says invalid media and it doesnt give me the usual quality option, so i assumed the history was full once I clicked on this though all of my already downloaded songs went back to not being downloaded. I dont know if their is a issue with me now not being able to download my music or not this started happening about a week ago.
